Imagine this scenario: you are a developer, and a user identifies a problem which, when solved, could save hundreds of hours per project. Moreover, there does not appear to be a solution on the market which solves this problem adequately, so you get to build something. In an industry where users are more likely to buy a story than a product, how do we tell a good story?
In this discussion we will share our approach to collaboratively translate ideas into prototypes. We will use Viktor.AI and Autodesk Platform Services (APS) as our low barrier-to-entry tools for the code, and demonstrate the value of building trust in the solution by building it together.
You will leave this session with a clear view of how to (1) get buy-in on an automation idea quickly, (2) connect with your users to solve real problems using Viktor.AI and APS, (3) empower citizen developers to automate, assist and augment their own tasks, and (4) engage experienced developers to manage process and quality.
