What language will the sessions be held in?

Presentations will be delivered in Spanish, with a small number of sessions in English if we have international guest speakers.

Is the event open to the general public?

The primary audience at the event will be leaders and experts from both the private and public sectors. Registration confirmation will be required, as capacity is limited.

Is attendance limited?

The event has a capacity of approximately 300 attendees. Confirmations will be granted on a first‑come, first‑served basis until full capacity is reached.

Is there a cost to attend the event?

Attendance is free of charge, subject to confirmation by the event organizers. Travel and accommodation expenses are the responsibility of the attendee or their organization.

What are the event hours?

BIMFRA Summit will start at 9:30 AM and run throughout the day until 9:15 PM, including a lunch break, several coffee breaks, and a final networking cocktail.
